We offer comprehensive genetic counseling services for patients tested by GeneDx offering additional resources to incorporate comprehensive genetic testing into your practice. Genetic counseling appointments are provided to patients via phone and scheduling is flexible, with day and evening hours available across many time zones.

Enlisting the help of our patient counseling team couldn’t be easier. 

  1. Clinicians send a referral form to referral@genedx.com or via fax to (201) 605-6582.

  2. The patient counseling team will contact the patient to schedule an appointment.
  3. Following the appointment, a consultation summary is sent to the referring provider summarizing the discussion, plan, and recommendations.
