Financial Assistance Program

At GeneDx, we believe everyone deserves access to vital insights from genetic testing, regardless of their financial situation. We offer a robust Financial Assistance Program to help reduce the potential out-of-pocket costs associated with testing.

How to apply

You may apply for the Financial Assistance Program when you receive your bill. If approved, based on the level of assistance you qualify for, it could reduce the amount owed on your final bill.  Here’s how to apply:

Download and complete the Financial Assistance Application.

Step 2

Please email the signed application to billing@genedx.com. You may also send the completed form as a scanned copy or picture.

Step 3

We will contact you regarding approval within 2-3 business days. To avoid any delays, please fill out all fields. Additional information may be required.
