Apply for financial assistance
You can apply for the Financial Assistance Program after your test is complete or when you receive your bill. If approved, assistance may reduce your final out-of-pocket cost.
Step 1: Access the financial assistance forms
Use the Financial Assistance Forms page to complete your application online or download a PDF in English or Spanish.
Step 2: Submit your application (PDF only)
If you completed a PDF form, email your signed application to billing@genedx.com. We accept electronically completed PDFs, scanned copies, and photos.
Step 3: We’ll review your application
Our team will contact you regarding approval within 2–3 business days. Additional information may be required.
