In most cases, repeating the same test may not provide new information, so another test through GeneDx may not be the next best step.

We recommend talking with your child’s healthcare provider to see if:

  • There’s a reason to consider retesting
  • Your original test results can be reanalyzed for newly discovered variants or updated insights
