Hereditary Genetic Testing Solutions During COVID-19

We want to remind clinicians that we are able to ship buccal kits directly to patients. This option, while always available to GeneDx clients, is ideal during the current coronavirus pandemic. Patients may remain in their homes and still move ahead with their genetic testing needs.

No at-home printer? We can send a printed Informed Consent form to your patient along with the buccal kit. Select the form when placing the order in the GeneDx Portal or email
Practicing telemedicine/telehealth? Our clinical team is available over the phone and via email to support providers through the entire ordering process, including providing you with verbal results, if needed.
In need of pre- and/or post-test telegenetic counseling for your patient?
