Darlene is one of the newest genetic counselors at GeneDx.  Darlene graduated from the genetic counseling program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).  While in graduate school, she worked with the Reproductive Genetics Program at UAMS, assisting the genetic counselors, coordinating the Tele-Medicine clinic and managed follow-up of abnormal prenatal findings.  Before joining GeneDx in March 2009, Darlene lived in Atlanta, Georgia, working as a genetic counselor in the Hereditary Cancer Program at Piedmont Hospital.  She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors.
