Amy joined GeneDx as a Senior Genetic Counselor in the summer of 2008 and specializes in array CGH testing at GeneDx. Originally from Portland, Maine, Amy graduated from the genetic counseling program at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC in 2005. Prior to coming to GeneDx, she worked as a genetic counselor at Children's National Medical Center where she was responsible for the general genetics and Down syndrome clinics and also coordinated a research study involving heart disease in patients with Down syndrome. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors.
