  • CDKN2A (p16)
  • CDK4
Using genomic DNA obtained from buccal swabs, we perform bi-directional sequencing of the three coding exons of the CDKN2A gene, and also test for two specific changes in the promotor region of the gene that have been reported in several affected individuals. If analysis of the CDKN2A gene is negative, we provide an option to also examine exon 2 of the CDK4 gene.
