Senior Genetic Counselor
Brad is a member of the genetic counseling team at GeneDx. Brad is a native Marylander who graduated from the University of Maryland Genetic Counseling Program in 2006. Research for his graduate thesis involved interviewing parents of children with Down syndrome with regards to the Special Needs Assessment and Individualized Education Plans (IEP) in the state of Maryland. Brad serves as the Noonan syndrome spectrum disorder expert at GeneDx and coordinates the prenatal testing for Noonan syndrome based upon abnormal ultrasound findings that is conducted at GeneDx. Brad is also the principal genetic counselor for GeneDx's new eye disorder testing and was recently promoted to Front Office Manager. Brad was introduced to the world of genetic counseling while interning in the Medical Genetics Branch at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors.
